I hope the new students are all moved in and loving life at Kzoo.We returned to school this week and have a great Senior class that is really on top of things so we have our roller skates on already. Can you believe both Virginia Buege and Jon Urish have sons that are SENIORS this year? Oh my, I am getting old. I'll bet your children are growing up too quickly as well. I remember your little guy travelling with you on CTCL. I went down to CTCL in Lincolnshire a couple weeks ago and all the reps looked so young. I only knew five of them. I know it's a little late but I write to invite you to join us for our Case Studies Program later this fall. This will be the third year that Milwaukee University School (Perry Robinson) and Prairie School will offer our respective communities this program. In order to serve both schools with this sort of educational program and keep your travel efficient and cost effective, we would like to invite you to participate in two programs; the first, at University School of Milwaukee on Monday, November 12th and the same event the following evening, Tuesday, November 13th at Prairie School, in Racine. The programs are intended mostly for juniors and their parents, but it’s possible we may also have some sophomore families join us. The events run from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and both schools will provide dinner ahead of time. In the program, you’d be one of ten admissions officers from around the country to lead a small group parents and students through mock committee deliberations over applications we supply ahead of time, and then we reconvene as a large group for a brief panel discussion at the end of the evening. We are looking for a few CTCL voices and would love to have you join us.It if makes it easier to help plan your travels, USM and Prairie are happy to cover hotel costs.My best wishes for a great year ahead and I hope you will be able to join us.
